Depending on the consent you give, you may receive non-marketing text messages, such as appointment reminders, replies to your questions, and office updates, and marketing text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. You may opt in to either, both, or neither. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.
Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
Opting out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any text message from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
