Watch your posture - remember when Mom told you to stand up straight - she knew what she was talking about!
Also take time to breathe. You will actually be more productive if you keep your energy level up! It's easy to do - take a few minutes to stand up tall and stretch, take some nice deep breathes. If time allows, take a brisk walk (even 10 minutes will help energize for your body and mind!

Twin Hills Chiropractic Health Center Newsletter August 2014

Posted by on in Twin Hills Newsletter

Dear Patient,

A lot can be said about chiropractic and the miracles of chiropractic. Here's what a chiropractic patient had to say about his case and how it helped him.

"After dealing with leg pain since August 7, 2013. I reluctantly called Twin Hills on advice from a friend, and patient here. I called on February 19th was seen same day. Dr. Toon took X-rays and had me come back the next day. Dr. Toon showed me where my problem is and said he could help me. I immediately took him up on his program."

"After my 2nd treatment and adjustment I was able to get my left leg into my vehicle without assisting it by hand. After my 4th treatment and adjustment I am now able to dress my feet with minimal pain to my left leg. I can almost cross my left leg to my right. I am so satisfied with the care I am receiving and have very high hopes that when I complete the program set up for me that I will be back to what I was able to do prior to August 7, 2013."

"The therapy staff has been wonderful and very friendly and most impressive they call me by name on every visit including my first back after my initial consultation."

What can help you lose weight, improve your immune system, help balance your hormones and make you feel better?
Are you ready?

Here’s a little more information if you’re interested. Iodine was first discovered in 1812 in kelp.

Elemental iodine was extracted from the seaweed, also called sea vegetables, and was named iodine because of its color, which means violet in Greek. Iodine occurs naturally as iodide or iodate salts.

It is a crucial part of the thyroid hormones, which, in turn, play a vital role in the production of energy. The more energy you have, the more fat you’ll burn. If you’re a couch potato, it’s going to be harder for you to lose your weight.

Here’s something most people don’t know. Iodine deficiency is still the major cause of hypothyroidism in the world.

What you don’t want to do is assume you’re getting enough iodine. Deficiency of thyroid hormones really slows you down.
Even if you’re not experiencing any symptoms does NOT mean you’re not iodine deficient. There are a lot of people that are iodine deficient. You are probably one of them. Get started on taking this all natural form of iodine that will help you stay healthier. Get your Thermo-Sea at the front desk today.
