Wow. The holidays just keep on rolling around. A time for family and celebration and overeating. Enjoy the holidays, enjoy family, but be careful at what speed you consume all that food, and how you handle yourself when you can get seconds. Be careful & make sure you’re adjusted on a regular basis, plus drink plenty of good water. If you’re going to eat lots of sugar and starches, prepare to gain weight. If you keep your food consumption to a lot of protein, and good fats, you can actually lose weight fast, and keep it off even through Thanksgiving.
